Are you wondering how anybody can love any color as much as I love green?

I absolutely love the country but have to live in the city because I couldn't find a job in the country. I go to the country when ever I get a chance to go, because the nearest park is twenty blocks away and it's tiny.

My parents took me to visit my grandparents, who lived on a farm in the country, almost every weekend when I was small. My very happiest memories of my life are from that farm visiting my grandparents.

But when Gram and Gramp died, the farm was sold and I couldn't go to the country again for a very long time. When we did go back to the country I saw the big fields and the endless trees and it felt like my grandparents were still alive and I could be happy again.

Every time I see green today it helps me remember how happy I always was when I visited my grandparents. On the farm it seemed like the whole world was green, green grass, green trees, green fields, green tractors, and green frog pond and when everything was green it seemed like nothing bad could ever happen.

Today when I had a bad day at work, my neighbors are making it worse, and it all gets to be too much for me, I go on the computer and come to this site and look for pictures of whatever I can find that's GREEN! I prefer outdoor scenes obviously, but if I find something that's got a lot of green in it I'll fave that too!

And THAT'S why I just love green!
